Entschäumer

Entschäumer für kommunale und industrielle Anwendungen, bei Schaumbildung im Belebungsbecken, im Faulturm, in Produktionsprozessen und Abwässern.
Weitere Verbreitung finden sog. Compounds aus Silikonölen und darin implementierten Kieselsäure-Partikeln. Hierbei handelt es sich um heterogene Entschäumer, da diese Systeme im schäumenden Medium unlöslich sind.
Die ReiDos GmbH hat jedoch auch homogene Entschäumer, die in der schäumenden Flotte gelöst vorliegen (z. B. sogenannte Trübungspunkt-Entschäumer).
Bezogen auf lebensmitteltechnologische Anwendungsbereiche werden Entschäumer häufig auch als Schaumverhüter bezeichnet. Viele Produkte aus dem Reidos Portfolio sind mit der sogenannten FDA- Konformität zertifiziert.
Für die Wirkung von Entschäumern auf schäumende Systeme, werden verschiedene Mechanismen diskutiert. Eine wichtige Rolle spielt dabei die Spreitung (Maß für die Fähigkeiten von Ölen und ähnlichen Substanzen sich flächig auszubreiten) eines in die Oberfläche einer Schaumlamelle eingedrungenen Entschäumer-Öl-Tröpfchens. Der Einbau von z. B. Kieselsäure-Partikeln in Silikon-Entschäumer dient dabei dem Zweck, den Eintritt der dispergierten Öltröpfchen in die Grenzfläche Wasser/Luft zu beschleunigen bzw. überhaupt zu ermöglichen.

Entschäumer sind Lösungen mit ausgeprägter Grenzflächenaktivität, die geeignet sind, unerwünschte Schaumbildung (z. B. bei der Abwasserreinigung, der Papierherstellung, beim Waschvorgang in Waschmaschinen) zu unterdrücken oder bereits gebildeten Schaum zu zerstören.

Mechanismus

Für die Wirkung von Entschäumern auf schäumende Systeme, werden verschiedene Mechanismen diskutiert. Eine wichtige Rolle spielt dabei die Spreitung (Maß für die Fähigkeiten von Ölen und ähnlichen Substanzen sich flächig auszubreiten) eines in die Oberfläche einer Schaumlamelle eingedrungenen Entschäumer-Öl-Tröpfchens. Der Einbau von z. B. Kieselsäure-Partikeln in Silikon-Entschäumer dient dabei dem Zweck, den Eintritt der dispergierten Öl- Tröpfchen in die Grenzfläche Wasser/Luft zu beschleunigen bzw. überhaupt zu ermöglichen.

Neben der Prozessabwasser- Behandlung, hat sich die ReiDos GmbH ein Standbein mit der Behandlung und Betreuung von Kühlwasser / Kesselwasser- Systemen nach VDI 2047 aufgebaut. Durch den optimalen Einsatz der Konditionierungsmittel in diesem Bereich, in Kombination mit einer geeigneten Zusatzwasserqualität können die Gesamt- Betriebskosten für ein Kühlwasser- / Kesselwassersystem deutlich reduziert werden. Flockungsmittel

Polymere Flockungsmittel (als Pulver- oder Flüssigprodukt mit Ladungscharakter anionisch, kationisch, nichtionisch) für Flotationsanlagen / Sedimentationsanlagen sowie maschinelle Entwässerungsaggregate.

Entschäumer

Entschäumer für kommunale und industrielle Anwendungen, bei Schaumbildung im Belebungsbecken, im Faulturm, in Produktionsprozessen und Abwässern.

Weitere Verbreitung finden sog. Compounds aus Silikonölen und darin implementierten Kieselsäure-Partikeln. Hierbei handelt es sich um heterogene Entschäumer, da diese Systeme im schäumenden Medium unlöslich sind.

Die ReiDos GmbH hat jedoch auch homogene Entschäumer, die in der schäumenden Flotte gelöst vorliegen (z. B. sogenannte Trübungspunkt-Entschäumer).

Bezogen auf lebensmitteltechnologische Anwendungsbereiche werden Entschäumer häufig auch als Schaumverhüter bezeichnet. Viele Produkte aus dem Reidos Portfolio sind mit der sogenannten FDA- Konformität zertifiziert.

Damit der effektivste Enschäumer für Ihre Anwendung bestimmt werden kann, muss vorab mit dem Prozesswasser ein Laborversuch durchgeführt werden.
